This Editorial Policy explains how Journaling Ideas creates, checks and corrects its content. It applies to the journal prompts, printable planners, habit trackers and free printables published on this site.
How we create content
Our content is researched, written and human-reviewed by the Editorial Team before publication. We aim to create clear, practical pages that help readers build a calmer, more intentional daily routine, without overstating what a prompt, planner or printable can do.
AI assistance
We use AI tools in drafting and design. Every published page is checked by a human before it goes live. If a page contains an error, we correct it as described below.
Curated, not tested
Our own printables are designed by our editorial team and checked page by page before publishing. When we mention other companies’ products, we describe them from their public information; we do not claim hands-on reviews we have not done. We do not claim hands-on product testing we have not done. Where a recommendation or comparison depends on testing, we say so honestly, or we do not make that claim.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen. If you spot an error, please report it through our Contact page, including the page concerned and what needs correcting. We review reports promptly and correct confirmed errors as soon as we reasonably can.
Affiliate and advertising disclosure
We may add advertising or affiliate links in the future. If we do, those links and any paid placement will be clearly disclosed on the relevant page, so readers can tell editorial content apart from advertising. We will not present paid content as independent editorial advice.
